Our Mission

Saptachakra Public Voice is a public-interest platform focused on land and property matters, real estate transactions, government records, legal issues, consumer concerns, and other matters affecting the public.

Our objective is to bring facts, documents, official information, and verified records before the public in a clear and responsible manner.

Land & Property Investigation

We examine publicly available and legally obtainable records relating to land ownership, title-related information, previous property history, survey numbers and sub-divisions, revenue records, registration records, land classification, government records, encumbrance and transaction information, disputes, public court records, approvals and permissions.

RTI – Information Through Law

The Right to Information Act, 2005 provides an important legal mechanism for obtaining information from public authorities. Our approach is: RTI Application → Official Response → Document Examination → Verification → Analysis → Public Awareness.

Real Estate Investigation

We investigate real estate companies, developers and promoters, layouts and projects, land ownership, project approvals, government permissions, registration information, RERA-related information where applicable, company and public records, and document-supported complaints.

Real Estate Fraud & Public Awareness

Where there are allegations of misleading representations, false promises, unauthorised activities, or collection of money from the public, we examine available records and supporting documents to identify warning signs and alert the public.

Legal Issues

We cover land and property disputes, property transactions, agreements and documents, real estate disputes, consumer issues, government procedures, public grievances, legal rights and available remedies.
